Free : 2013-2014 Taught Master’s Scholarships for UK/EU Students at Swansea University in UK

Full funded master’s scholarships are available for and EU students at Swansea University. These scholarships are funded by the Convergence European Social Fund (ESF) through the Welsh Assembly Government.  These scholarships will cover UK/EU tuition fees and living costs up to £5695. The scholarships are offered to pursue all science subjects. To avail these opportunity students must apply by 1 July 2013. Study Subject(s): The College of Science has a number of fully-funded scholarships available for the following programmes:
-MSc Environmental Biology: Conservation and Resource Management
-MSc in Advanced Computer Science
-MSc in Advanced Computer Science with the option of a specialism in one of five different areas:  Software Technology, Human Computer-Interaction, Visual Computing, and Safe & Secure Systems
-MA Human Geography
-MSc Environmental Dynamics and Climate Change
-MSc Geographic Information and Climate Change.
Course Level: The scholarships are available for pursuing master’s degree.
Scholarship Provider: These scholarships are part of the Access to Masters (ATM) programme backed by the Convergence European Social Fund (ESF) through the Welsh Assembly Government.
Scholarship can be taken at: UK Eligibility: -Scholarships are available only to new Master’s applicants who are UK/EU categorized students.
-Applicants should hold (or be expecting to achieve) a minimum of a 2.1 degree (or equivalent).
-Applicants must be resident in the Convergence Area of Wales on enrolment, throughout their studies and be permitted to work in the Convergence area of Wales upon completion of the scholarship.
-Applicants should have already applied formally to the University for a place on one of our Master’s programmes. Scholarship Open for International Students: Students of UK/EU can apply for the scholarships. Scholarship Description: These scholarships are part of the Access to Masters (ATM) programme backed by the Convergence European Social Fund (ESF) through the Welsh Assembly Government. The programme aims to widen access to postgraduate study and encourage high calibre graduates to work on a range of collaborative research projects with small and medium sized organisations located in the Convergence Area of Wales (Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Merthyr Tydfil, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Swansea & Torfaen). What does it cover?  Each scholarship covers UK/EU tuition fees and £5695 living costs (tax free) How to Apply: To apply for an access to master’s scholarship, please download and complete two forms and return them to the College of Science by post.
